A Source of Motivation

As a young boy, Mitch Hart could often be seen chasing his father, John W. Hart, who earned the nickname "doc" from his work as a large-animal veterinarian. Lugging medical bags, rope and a variety of other equipment Mitch Hartas well, Mitch would often follow his father on many of his local appointments throughout the Conway community. But along the way Mitch began to follow his father in other ways as well.

Doc Hart taught Mitch the value of living in a small town. Doc loved the land and he loved the people and that always seemed to be what motivated the practice. It was a lesson that Mitch would never forget. Through his father, Mitch also learned the importance of family and community. Through 20 years as the Arkansas National High School Rodeo Director and through his veterinary practice, Doc taught his children the value of giving back to the community.

Matters of the Heart

Today, Mitch has taken the values, lessons and insight of his father to heart. His personal belief in community involvement is clearly visible through his own strong commitments to numerous religious and civic organizations. His greatest contribution, however, takes place through his professional development company.
