That's because Mitch has built his professional reputation as a local developer
on taking an active role in the his community. As president of HartLand Development,
Mitch designed and created the Cutter Ridge and Dallas Subdivisions. Both
communities stand as testaments to the family values and small-town charm
of Conway. From the elaborate entryways to the recreational bikeways to the
overall beauty of the area, Mitch is proud of the special qualities that transform
these subdivisions into truly unique
communities. Indeed, these qualities have become somewhat of a trademark for
all of Mitch's personal and professional endeavors.
"I believe every community must grow and evolve over time," says Mitch. "But I also believe in preserving the heritage and integrity of the town along the way." With professionals like Mitch, it's safe to say that the future of Conway definitely looks bright.
Growing up on a farm here in Conway, Mitch learned the value of a hard day's work very early on with his father. Mitch went on to earn a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Master's degree in business from the University of North Carolina. After a successful career with AT&T where he worked as a Project Engineer handling product lines in excess of $2 million, Mitch was compelled to return home to his roots when his father took ill.
Eventually, Mitch joined forces with his mother in running Century 21 Dunaway & Hart. From there, Mitch went on to establish his own title company as well as his own development company. HartLand Development reflects both Mitch's commitment to family and his professional background and experience. With his extensive knowledge in the use of computers, Mitch uses technology to work smarter, not harder.
