Intermediate Industrial Property

West Conway is experiencing incredible growth and is home to several new commercial and residential projects. There is, however, very little land zoned Industrial in this part of town. HartLand Development will soon offer 30 acres of land zoned I1, Intermediate Industrial, on McNutt Road in West Conway.

Sturgis Road Residential Development

Although this land is not currently in Conway's City Limits, it is in the Conway School District. This 200 acre site provides beautiful scenery and is a perfect location for a future residential community.
