Our History

 

Dunaway & Hart, Inc. has been connecting people to homes in Conway, Arkansas and Faulkner, Conway and Perry Counties since 1975.
 

When Anna "Pete" Hart & Betty Dunaway first started their real estate company, they saw it as an avenue to do what they both loved: sell homes.  What they didn't know was that their company would become one of the longest lasting Real Estate companies in Conway and one of the top Century 21 offices in Arkansas.  In 2004, Pete's son, Mitch Hart, began running the growing company and utilized the latest technology to move the business into the virtual realm.

 

Dunaway & Hart, Inc. as a Century 21 affiliate office, has earned eight Centurion awards over the years for high production.  We are two time recipients of the President’s Award, earned by fewer than 3% of Century 21 offices for high production and outstanding customer service.

A native of Conway, Arkansas, Mitch Hart has been working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1991. Earning both his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and his Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) in 2004 on top of his degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA gave Mitch the foundation on which to build a career in Commercial Real Estate. Mitch Hart, CCIM is the President and founder of HartLand Development Company and the Owner and Principal Broker of Dunaway & Hart, Inc Realty.
