After earning his MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mitch went to work as an Engineer at AT&T in North Carolina.  In 1991, Mitch moved back to his hometown of Conway, Arkansas and became president of HartLand Development Company - Dunaway & Hart, Inc and began offering commercial real estate brokerage and development services.  Mitch's development experiences include Cutter Ridge and Dallas residential subdivisions and Conway Marketplace Shopping Center in West Conway.  Mitch specializes in land and all types of commercial and industrial properties.

Mitch is civically minded and is involved in numerous endeavors both past and present in Central Arkansas. He has served on several Boards and Committees including the Faulkner County Home Builders Association, St. Joseph School Endowment, Kiwanis Club and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
